Do we Allow returns?
No Returns, No Buyers Remorse. Carefully check photos and the description prior to bidding. If the item is not described correctly please contact support@bid-ops.com with photos and the invoice number. All refund requests will be initiated via email first. All claims must be entered 7 days after pick up. Any claims made after this time will be denied. A manager will review your claim and can issue a return at their discretion. Please email support@bid-ops.com Refunds may take place per the manager’s discretion if a purchased item is not as described in the auction listing. Non-refundable items include but are not limited to: Apparel, Shoes, Food, Salvage pallets, Factory Sealed Products, Pet Food and Toys, Paper Products, Health and Beauty, any mystery boxes, and any item that has been noted as non-refundable in the listing.
