Yes! Our product testers thoroughly evaluate each and every item we receive to ensure each item is in working condition! If any flaws are found, they will be listed on the item’s tag in the photos as well as the description for the item!
Other than taxes, we only require our customers to pay a 15% buyers premium.
We do not currently offer shipping for any of our items.
Whenever you win your items you have 7 days to pick them up. To receive your items, simply head to our warehouse which is located at 2285 US HWY 278 W Cullman, AL 35057. After you arrive, park up front and text your name and invoice number to (256)-515-8947. Please do not call this number as it is not directly connected to our office. Our pickup hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:00PM and Saturday from 8:00AM-12:00PM. If you need further assistance you may contact our office at (256)-841-7331
